Nancy Kripalu Pic

 

Nancy’s mindfulness practice was founded in meditation and zen earlier in life, and her discovery of yoga has brought forth this practice in an accessible and deep way which Nancy loves to share.   Nancy has over 500 hours of training experience with focus on Iyengar (alignment) and Kripalu (inquiry & transformation) traditions.

Nancy also holds a Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors certificate from Duke Integrative Medicine, a Mindful Yoga for Chronic Pain certificate from OHSU, and has served on the assistant faculty for Kripalu’s yoga teacher training program.  Nancy teaches in a gentle and meditative style open to all levels of experience.
